Brian Pagels is a Jersey-raised, NOVA-living, carpetbagging songster. He’s been writing and performing gritty, soulful acoustic tunes for a decade. Brian got his start playing Richmond bars with Through The Wall, and broke into the D.C. scene with Aussie-American outfit Coalition of the Willing. Recently, he’s been playing guitar with The Beanstalk Library, solo shows, as one half of guitar-violin duo Sawdust and Sugar, with a reunited Through The Wall, and collaborating with other talented local musicians.

Brian is also a co-founder of DCmusicpub.com, where he blogs about the DC music scene and promotes fellow musicians and venues that support live music.
